Nov 4, 2011 - What a glorious day it's been in Guinea-Bissau! We had a children's worship service in the afternoon. Then youth are so hungry for the Word, and their enthusiasm is infectious. The photo shows their attentiveness.
Later that evening we went to a worship service honoring our arrival. The youth choir ministered songs of praise and worship. The Women's ministry also ministered in song and a traditional dance. The celebration of Jesus was beautiful!

Afterwards, the fellowship with the members was very uplifting. It is truly wonderful to see that the love of God crosses all cultural, ethnic, language, and racial barriers.
We then had a team fellowship over lunch. The cusine was from Senegal. Delicious!!! (Ware)
